Each ticket includes:
Pizza lunch, unlimited soft drinks, 1.5 hrs bowling and shoe rental, unlimited video games(excludes ticket/prize games), 40 player card points, high ropes course, two level laser tag, rock climbing wall, bumper cars
1. Complete form (to the right) in full.
2. Click submit to be directed to pay. $30
3. Pay for the tickets.
4. Student/Parent/Guardian will receive an email with details regarding the event along with an attached permission slip. Please complete this permission slip and bring it to school on the day of the event. Each student MUST have this permission slip to be able to board the bus for the event per FISD policy. If the student is over 18, they can sign the form. Students who are under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the permission form.
